When the live snapshot is loaded, tier comes from the parsed appendix. Reading links may follow common public framings—that is orientation, not a final pathway call. Cross-check instructions and use Eligibility review or Check Eligibility when unsure.

The checker matches an occupation title to a row. A tier and a route branch are treated as confirmed only when that row comes from the occupation snapshot. An offline suggestion does not confirm a tier. Registration is read from the matched row.
