Eligibility
PhD planning begins with research fit, then funding and household viability. Admission, scholarship, and student-file logic should all tell the same story.
Doctoral fee position
New Zealand doctoral study can have a different tuition-fee position from other international study levels. That can change the financial model, but it does not remove the need for living-cost, admission, and visa-readiness checks.
